The watchband is a bit stiff, but it doesn't scratch my wrist, just needs to be broken in (I hope). The watch is perfectly comfortable as it is.
The instructions that came with the watch show 12 illustrated watch faces with call-outs for the buttons; however, this watch face is not one of them. I had to figure out the buttons for myself* by comparing them with the functions described in the instructions.
My one complaint is that I can't figure out which combination of button pressing and holding will shut off the hour chime. But it's a minor complaint. The instructions just aren't that great.
*For other purchasers, the buttons are:
D = Light (top left)
A = Mode (bottom left)
B = Start (top right)
C = Reset (bottom right)
