(More customer reviews)I purchased this item for a birthday gift ahead of the actual birthday. I didn't think much of it since I thought it was new it would work. I didn't try to put the pictures on it for them till about a month later. The watch said it came precharged but it did not turned on and it wasn't no biggie at the time so I went ahead and charged it overnight. When I went to it the next day it still would not turn on. I contacted the seller to find out apparently even thought it was a gift I couldn't even exchange it for a working one, because it was pass the 14 day return. I wasn't even wanting to return it for my money back. I could understand them not doing the return if I wanted my money back. I will never buy from this seller again.
