(More customer reviews)I bought this watch because its very attractive.I bought this watch on Christmas 2007 and had the diamonds come loose on three difference occasions and had to mail the watch back.
About 1 year after I bought this watch, the diamond at the 12th hour came loose and began to rattle around in the watch.This causes the watch to effectively stop working because the diamond get stuck in the watch hands and freezes the watch.I mailed the watch back and they fixed it for free.
2 month after the watch came back the same thing happened except all diamonds and all hour hashmarkers fell off.This makes for a great rattle, but impossible to tell time.I reached out to customer service and asked them to replace the watch instead of repairing it.Customer service seemed reluctant to do this, but utlimately said they'd do it.I received the watch back and it was clearly the same watch.
Soon after that the 12th hour diamond came loose again and I threw the watch out.I will never buy another bulova again.
