I would like to share my bad experience I received from Jomashop - one of the websites I found from your website.
I ordered Swiss Military Hanowa Watch from Jomadeal in Jomashop website on October 14 (order numberSO#: D003936).When I received it, the band already came off from the case.I returned it for repairing which I had to pay $8 for the shipping cost. I have been waiting for this watch to come back for almost two months.I finally received it on December 14, but it was exactly the same as I first received. This watch has never been repaired.I noticed that the pin was not at the right place, and it was exactly the same as when I first received it. Since I picked up, the band came off from the case right away. It seemed that the little pin was not detached into the right place between band and case. That was why it loose during the shipment. I contacted the customer service, and the man said this watch was repaired and inspected already before sending back to me. He said I could send it back for another repair which is I believe that I might have to wait for another two months, and probably it will come back unrepaired again. I finally took this watch to the local repairman. He said the pins that detached the case and the band were too short on both sides. That was why the band came off from the case. After I paid $4 to have him changed to the correct pins, the other problem came after. The crown fell off after I tried to adjust the time. The repairman said it was broken. This is really the bad watch they sent me. I didn't even bother to send it back for another repair.This watch is a trash now.
This is really bad experience I received from Jomadeal and wanted to share with you.
