(More customer reviews)Last week I purchased the watch at Amazon.com, the seller was Unbeatablesale Inc. I waited for the mail to come with my new watch and, oh suprise, when I opened the box I was NOT the item I had bought. It's an online's buyer worst nightmare. Imagine if you buy something, anything, after carefull research at diferent outlets, you take your time and compare prices, specifications, brands, and then you add the item to your cart, buy it and wait. And then something else arrives.
What happened? It seems Amazon.com had some trouble with pics. The name and reference were fine, but the image, that which allows you to make the initial and final decision on purchase, was wrong. So I went online and checked it out. The Bulova web page had its stuff right, right image and product name and reference.
It's not even about money, since the delivered watch IS more expensive than the one I wanted. It's about choice, the one I made. This watch is not my style so I wont wear it. It's like I gave myself an annoying gift.
I wrote XXXXX seller a mail via amazon.com complaining. I haven't received any responde. So kuddos for that excellent customer service.
Now, for you holliday shoppers, when you're buying from this seller this Christmas... be careful you don't end up with something you didn't buy but pay for. If you're the adventurous kind, maybe you'll get a surprise in the mail
